Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe operation.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions.

  • •Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs, with frequent driving visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
