•Provide strategic legal advice on major capital projects, infrastructure development initiatives, and procurement activities across global operations.
•Advise on project delivery models, contracting strategies, risk allocation, governance, and dispute avoidance.
•Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and procurement agreements (e.g., EPC/EPCM, design-build, alliance, services, supply).
•Support project and procurement teams in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and managing legal, commercial, operational, and contractual risks.
•Advise on claims, dispute resolution, and contentious matters, including negotiations, mediation, arbitration, litigation strategy, and coordinating external counsel.

•Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), with availability to travel to project sites as required.
