Job Summary

Drive operational, analytical, and cross-functional work to launch and scale multiple insurance initiatives. Lead experiment management, reporting, vendor follow-through, and day-to-day program management to translate insights into product adoption and business impact, reporting to the Insurance S&O lead.

Key Responsibilities

•Run high-velocity operational tests and pilots that generate insights and help shape new products and programs from zero to one.
•Partner with Analytics and cross-functional teams to track performance, synthesize learnings, and inform go-to-market decisions.
•Support execution across a portfolio of insurance initiatives as they move from early concept through launch and scale.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive vendor readiness, procurement follow-through, and operational launch execution.
•Help build the processes, reporting, and operating rhythm needed to support growth, including international expansion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,400 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL to answer business questions or evaluate performance.
•Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
•Clear written and verbal communication; ability to turn data and ambiguity into structured recommendations.
•Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and balancing executional detail with broader business context.
