Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging in person, by appointment, and virtually while using a digital-first mindset. Assess clients’ banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, educate them on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals. Maintain strong knowledge of consumer and business banking (including digital self-service), open new accounts, complete service requests, and partner with branch teams to deliver an excellent client experience with operational accuracy.
