Key Responsibilities

•Gestire a 360° il Floor del proprio Store, corrispondente a uno o più assi merceologici (make-up, skincare, fragranze, Sephora Collection).
•Sostenere la comunicazione tra Store Manager e team di Beauty Advisor e supportare i Manager nelle attività quotidiane.
•Contribuire attivamente alla progettazione della strategia commerciale e HR dello Store e monitorare i KPI del team per raggiungere i risultati.
•Monitorare e analizzare i KPI del team e animarlo al fine di raggiungere i risultati.
•Coordinare le attività commerciali e organizzative (animazioni, eventi, nuovi lanci, campagne CRM, etc.) e gestire il magazzino mantenendo il corretto livello di stock.

Key Requirements

•Experience of at least 3/4 years in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational Retail contexts.
•Knowledge of the main KPIs of retail, budget management, and daily reporting/analytics.
•Strong aptitude for leading a team, guiding it toward targets and fostering a collaborative spirit.
•Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
