Deliver personalized in-person and phone client service by discussing financial needs with clients and prospects and recommending appropriate solutions. Open and maintain a range of consumer and small business products, process loan requests, and originate personal loans. Strengthen client relationships through outbound engagement and proactive outreach, including identifying referral opportunities across the bank’s lines of business using 360 View. Support teller duties and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
