Job Summary

Join the RTX Enterprise Services payroll team as a subject‑matter expert for off‑cycle processing across multiple RTX business units. You will audit off‑cycle payments, ensure accurate calculations and timely signoffs, maintain audit‑ready records, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with LOA, HR, Time & Labor, and various stakeholders to ensure compliance and SLA attainment in a hybrid Newark/Dallas‑area setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Audit and validate multiple off‑cycle payroll processing procedures, ensuring accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax impacts, and special pay while meeting strict payroll deadlines.
•Oversee and ensure timely delivery of payroll processing signoffs, serving as the SME for calculations and coordinating with LOA, HR, and other teams to ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and data inputs across all business units.
•Act as the SME and primary escalation point for payroll cases, including issues requiring multi‑system research and cross‑functional coordination.
•Manage incoming report distribution and tracking, ensuring accurate validation, routing, and follow‑up across payroll teams with audit‑ready records.
•Monitor shared team inboxes, triaging requests, identifying escalation items, and maintaining complete documentation of resolutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate payroll.
•1+ year of experience in payroll operations or a related field within a large multi‑business unit organization.
•Experience with payroll tools such as ADP EV5, Workday, and SNOW.
•Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Xlookup, etc.).
•Ability to navigate complex multi‑system workflows while upholding federal laws and maintaining strong attention to detail.
