Key Responsibilities

•Ensure contract requirements are met according to terms and conditions.
•Draft and manage execution of contract documents between client and contractor, including post-contract notices and defects phase considerations.
•Lead procurement contracting strategies for large, complex data centre projects and oversee tender processes via RFPs and trackers to meet client deadlines.
•Coordinate with site stakeholders on commercial issues and act as first line of defense/communication.
•Oversee project closeout, prequalification of tenderers, and timely submission of final accounts and dispute resolution processes.

Key Requirements

•Professional/tertiary qualification in engineering or construction.
•3-5 years' experience in procurement and contracts management or construction project management, preferably within a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
•Qualifications in project management preferred (e.g. RICS).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Advanced Microsoft skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word; excellent report writing and PowerPoint skills.
