Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in technical due diligence for purchase/sale reviews of existing properties and project developments across asset classes (MEP sub-area).
  • •Conduct document reviews, property inspections, and technical assessments including cost estimation and review of building regulations and legal requirements.
  • •Assess conditions of MEP trades including heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning/refrigeration, elevators, electrical systems, and BMS/BAS, plus plant-related fire protection.
  • •Support internal quality control (costs and reports) and participate in project monitoring for new and existing buildings.
  • •Develop feasibility studies in an interdisciplinary team.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or comparable qualification, plus several years of professional experience in technical property management.
  • •2–5 years of professional experience in the MEP field across project management/planning, technical assessment, or technical property/asset management.
  • •Confidence in assessing construction/refurbishment costs and performing condition assessments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of at least one MEP trade, with interest in and cooperation across other MEP trades.
  • •Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken), with flexibility and good communication skills.
