Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise data policies and standards supporting regulatory compliance and data governance.
  • •Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies, standards, controls, and governance practices for consistent implementation across the association.
  • •Develop information governance oversight processes and enforce adherence through audits, peer reviews, and monitoring KRIs and KPIs.
  • •Create information governance training content and learning objectives derived from internal and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • •Prepare and present formal findings and recommendations to all organizational levels, including executive-level and/or board-level reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Architecture, Information Management, Information Studies, Information Technology, Risk, Audit or related field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in Information or Data practices including information governance, information management, risk, audit, information architecture, IT, analysis and reporting; or advanced degree with 6+ years.
  • •2+ years experience creating and evolving Data Development and Data Engineering processes.
  • •2+ years operational knowledge of risk management and mitigation frameworks.
  • •Experience developing Data Governance/Data Management strategy and road maps, and delivering executive/board reporting related to data governance and regulatory compliance.
