Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive operational excellence within an assigned manufacturing cell as a technical expert (e.g., SMT automation).
  • •Improve uptime, setup, solder/placement defects, and solderability while optimizing machine accuracy and utilization.
  • •Lead manufacturing engineering for NPI programs, including early risk identification, PFMEA, control plan development, and readiness reviews.
  • •Perform complex cross-functional problem-solving using advanced root-cause techniques to address capability, yield loss, chronic downtime, or safety risk; ensure corrective actions are sustained.
  • •Ensure manufacturing processes and ERP routers comply with internal procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards while maintaining auditable manufacturing data in ERP systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •3+ years providing engineering support to a manufacturing work environment.
  • •Basic proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, CAD/CAM or similar software.
  • •Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident/Green Card holder, political asylee, or refugee).
