Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and vision for Data Developer Experience, delivering a scalable and intuitive experience across user roles and journeys.
  • •Define product priorities balancing short-term needs with long-term transformation, consolidating fragmented tools and processes.
  • •Shape and drive the platform roadmap to reduce user friction and increase the velocity of data and AI product delivery.
  • •Partner with platform teams to design developer experiences that prioritize autonomy and control, including developer accountability for performance and output quality.
  • •Identify emerging data domain trends to future-proof the roadmap and assess non-technical customer needs for data product usability.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a (senior) Product Manager with a track record of delivering outcomes in the data domain.
  • •Strong data foundation knowledge to collaborate effectively with Data Engineers, Machine Learning Scientists, and GenAI Engineers.
  • •Ability to make strategic trade-offs between immediate operational needs and long-term platform investments while balancing competing stakeholder demands.
  • •Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to drive alignment across product, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
  • •Data-driven approach translating user feedback and quantitative data into clear impact insights to guide decision-making.
