  • •Recruit, interview, select properly qualified staff, and ensure appropriate orientation.
  • •Monitor care management staff performance and adherence to efficiency goals and key metrics (case volume, closure rates, average handle time).

Key Requirements

  • •5 years post-degree experience in a direct care clinical setting; managed care experience preferred.
  • •1 year direct supervisory experience.
  • •One or more current, active licenses required: BCBA, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LPCC, LPC, PC, or RN (RN: BSN preferred; ASN considered with additional experience).
  • •Thorough knowledge of physical/medical or mental health community resources and providers.
  • •Considerable skill interpreting clinical treatment information to make referral and triage decisions.
