Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and manage incoming service requests, maintaining function tasks, assigning case owners, and coordinating with CQE/Quality for failure analysis or root-cause investigation.
  • •Create and maintain RMA order requests and tracking numbers, notify suppliers of returns, and coordinate return timing and supplier/CM logistics status.
  • •Process receive/check-in inventory transactions, perform quantity verification, and capture Serial/Lot numbers for received units.
  • •Review supplier RMA service charges, approve billing, and incorporate Quality/Engineering inspection findings into disposition decisions while resolving billing/charge discrepancies with Supplier Buyers.
  • •Determine replacement vs. credit based on aging, stock levels, and strategy; oversee closure notifications and trigger scrap workflows with updates to inventory and financial write-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in reverse logistics, supply chain, or RMA operations.
  • •Experience with WMS, inventory management, and RMA/order tracking systems.
  • •Strong cross-functional communication with Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, contract manufacturers (CMs), and Finance.
  • •Experience coordinating with external partners such as Contract Manufacturers and Supplier Buyers.
  • •Detail-oriented organizational and follow-up skills for managing RMA cases across stages.
