Independent Certifier Representative

Act as the Independent Certifier’s authorised representative on major civil infrastructure projects, independently verifying and certifying that works meet contractual, statutory, and technical requirements. Own and lead design and construction certification processes, set up and enforce the Verification & Monitoring Plan, and oversee surveillance, audits, and inspections. Lead and be accountable for the Independent Certifier team while maintaining independence, probity, and professional judgement as the primary interface with the Principal and Contractor.
