Job Summary

Deliver transaction advisory and project finance support for infrastructure mandates across sectors such as transport, energy, utilities, social and digital infrastructure. Prepare and review financial, operational, and performance reports for lenders, investors, and funders, and provide practical, commercially focused advice to support strategic decisions. Manage multiple priorities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to business development and proposals, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver infrastructure advisory assignments across transport, energy, utilities, social infrastructure, and digital infrastructure.
•Support project finance and asset management mandates by ensuring high-quality analysis and client deliverables.
•Prepare and review financial, operational, and performance reports for lenders, investors, and funding institutions.
•Advise clients on strategic decision-making with clear, practical, commercially focused guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
•Manage multiple projects and priorities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support proposals/business development, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

•A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Project Management.
•Experience across the development, delivery, operation, financing, or management of infrastructure/capital projects across relevant sectors.
•Professional membership or commitment to chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, or CEng) through recognised industry bodies.
•Understanding of the infrastructure project lifecycle from planning and design through construction, commissioning, operation, and asset management.
•Ability to analyse technical, contractual, commercial, and project information and communicate findings clearly through reports and client discussions.
