•Manage and oversee complex IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
•Ensure stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle and develop communication strategies covering plans, risks, issues, and status.
•Implement quality assurance processes and metrics to monitor adherence to quality standards while managing significant risks and interdependencies.
•Lead delivery teams and foster an inclusive, growth-focused culture; set targets and promote ownership of project outcomes.
•Develop and own cost-effective budget strategies, provide financial reporting on expenditures and variances, and conduct post-project reviews to realize benefits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
•12-15 years in IT with 9-11 years in IT resource management, project management, and performance management for complex multifunctional projects.
•Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
•Critical experience delivering SAP S/4 RISE implementations across multiple geographies/legal entities, including integrations with non-SAP systems.
•Strong understanding of IT governance and methodologies (waterfall and agile), plus IT performance management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
