Job Summary

Support formulation and application development for Industrial Solutions with an emphasis on industrial and consumer sectors. Execute complex lab experiments to generate high-quality technical data, run formulation performance and stability evaluations, and prepare application samples and technical data packages for product trials and customer evaluations. Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure compliance with safety, chemical handling, quality management systems, and lab data management tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute formulation development and application testing aligned to project objectives.
•Design and conduct performance and stability evaluations, including dispersion, emulsification, wetting, foaming, rheological behavior, and compatibility studies.
•Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
•Generate, record, and maintain high-quality, well-documented experimental data for internal R&D and technical assessments.
•Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, chemical handling regulations, and quality management systems while preparing application samples and technical data packages for trials and customer evaluations.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in chemistry or a science-related field.
•6-8 years of hands-on laboratory experience in application laboratories within the chemical or specialty materials industry.
•Strong understanding of formulation testing, data interpretation, and laboratory best practices.
•Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple laboratory priorities.
•Familiarity with agrochemical or specialty chemicals and additive/surfactant-based formulations is a plus.
