Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement core Xpath, Ypath, and array design during project execution and integrate core schematics into full-chip schematics.
  • •Design and validate analog and mixed-signal circuitry to meet specifications using block and chip-level simulations.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in electrical engineering (PhD preferred).
  • •8+ years of NAND design experience with read/program/erase algorithms.
  • •Proficiency in analog/mixed-signal circuit design and related elements (e.g., DACs/ADCs, op amps, charge pumps, regulators, oscillators, bandgap, IO buffers, RTL/Verilog).
  • •Proficiency in circuit verification and optimization with block-, subsystem-, and full-chip simulations, including corner and PVT/mismatch analysis and results qualification.
  • •Strong engineering automation skills in Python and experience integrating with EDA tools for simulation control, regression management, and reporting (e.g., Cadence and LVS/DRC; UNIX).
