Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler regularly to ensure safe operation.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme weather exposure in some markets.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be able to drive frequently and maintain excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; must be able to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; candidates must be at least 21 and possess a valid driver’s license.
