Job Summary

Serve as the program operations focal for manufacturing and hardware deliverables across multiple factory locations. Coordinate resources to remove barriers and report schedule/cost performance while leading risk/opportunity management. Support leadership gate and operations reviews and contribute to proposals by developing BOEs and defending terms. Lead a team of POMs across sites and drive CORE continuous-improvement projects for the Ship System Integration and Sustainment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as program focal for manufacturing/hardware deliverables across multiple manufacturing locations.
•Communicate production status, risks/opportunities, and strategic initiatives; implement timely corrective actions.
•Support leadership reviews including Gate Reviews, Monthly Operations Reviews, Customer Reviews, and Program Reviews.
•Develop and execute risk and opportunity management plans; support proposals with BOEs and capital/labor requirements.
•Lead CORE continuous-improvement projects and lead a team of POMs across multiple locations (Andover, Chesapeake, San Diego).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
•Experience leading teams and resolving issues across multiple disciplines/functions.
•Experience with manufacturing systems and tools (PRISM, PDM, WAWF, OTDH, Power BI).
•Experience with hardware sale process / DD250.
•Experience managing manufacturing KPIs and developing proposals/defending ToRs.
