  • •Own the end-to-end Workforce Management product suite, including forecasting, capacity planning, schedule generation, and real-time operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing.
  • •OR Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Ability to demonstrate product leadership across long-term strategy and near-term execution.
  • •Proficiency in customer-centered, business-focused, and technology-driven product management practices.
