Job Summary

Oversee the Broking team and lead client renewal processes for Health Solutions, ensuring commercial and financial objectives are met. Negotiate with insurers on renewals and RFPs, design coverage solutions through risk analysis, and analyze account performance and market trends. Manage budgets and monthly income accreditation for the area, supporting retention and growth of the client portfolio while reporting to the Director of Broking in Puerto Rico.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Experience in insurance companies or brokers, especially in underwriting-related areas.
•Experience leading teams.
•Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
•Knowledge of the health, life, and disability insurance market; Puerto Rico insurance license is desirable.
