Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business objectives, advising the General Manager and Executive Committee on commercial performance and profitability.
  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; analyze monthly results, explain variances, and monitor KPIs with corrective actions.
  • •Ensure financial governance and compliance with local legislation, taxation, accounting standards, corporate policies, statutory reporting, and external audits.
  • •Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, treasury management, banking relationships, and protect resort assets through strong controls.
  • •Oversee procurement governance and purchasing controls, monitor inventory and costs, review capital expenditure proposals, and provide business partnership support across key departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience within luxury hospitality.
  • •Experience as Director of Finance, Financial Controller, or equivalent leadership role.
  • •Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business planning, and commercial analysis.
