Job Summary

We are seeking an Art Director to lead visual execution and design across client work in a fast-paced, international agency. You’ll supervise creative teams, translate briefs into compelling designs, and ensure output meets Ogilvy’s standards while collaborating with account teams, planners, and clients. Requires strong design leadership, English/Vietnamese communication, and a track record in advertising.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with both account colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.
•Work with planners to develop communication strategies as needed.
•Produce design drafts for teams and Clients based on different communication channels.
•Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
•Be able to direct creative teams, photographers and other 3rd party creative groups, and oversee production to meet Ogilvy’s standards.

Key Requirements

•At least 5-6 years of experience in advertising agencies; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Proficiency in mainstream design software and ability to execute concepts to a visual standard for client presentations.
•Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese.
•Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent degree in commercial arts is a plus.
•Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
