Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and quality targets are met.
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface, maintaining definitions of project requirements and ensuring objectives are achieved.
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans, governance structures, and resource/procurement plans to drive project success.
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams, monitor performance with KPIs, and manage change control and risk mitigation.
  • •Prepare budgets, track forecast vs actuals, and manage project communications with clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS or equivalent
  • •Degree qualified in a construction related subject
  • •Experience leading project management commissions from inception to completion
  • •Strong client interface skills and ability to manage stakeholders and risk
