Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting—providing exemplary customer service, resolving issues, and accurately processing transactions. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals, educate them on consumer deposit products, and use a disciplined sales process (including outbound follow-up and referrals) to retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
