The Operations Associate supports store profitability and efficiency by handling inventory accuracy, stock flow, and day-to-day store operations under supervision, with a 6-month fixed-term contract in the London store. Key Responsibilities

•Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

Key Requirements

•Experience in inventory management and loss prevention with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
•Ability to identify inventory issues, root causes, and escalate process or system gaps with leadership.
•Proven ability to support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Strong visual merchandising and stockroom standards to maintain a high-quality sales floor and product flow.
•Customer service oriented with the ability to move dynamically on the retail floor and assist Sales & Cashier as needed.
