Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial contracts including SaaS, cloud, software licensing, IT services, and outsourcing.
  • •Work autonomously with stakeholders as part of a busy legal team.
  • •Support procurement activities including RFx processes, supplier selection, and contract award negotiations.
  • •Provide legal support on operational matters (procurement, supply chain, supplier disputes) and help resolve contractual issues.
  • •Advise on data protection and cybersecurity matters and support AI-related legal topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor in Scots or English law.
  • •Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and technology law (law firm and/or in-house).
  • •Strong exposure to IT contracts, SaaS, and data protection.
  • •Solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in an international environment.
  • •Fluent in English with strong communication skills (French and/or Spanish a plus).
