Job Summary

Build and operate the first production backend services for an AI-native context layer management system. Design scalable ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, and APIs that let AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal apps retrieve enterprise context with provenance and confidence signals. Help shape multi-tenant architecture, tenant isolation, audit logs, and reliable service boundaries, while instrumenting systems with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards to ensure production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, test, and operate backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
•Define and build a multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, and background jobs.
•Build agent-facing retrieval workflows by creating APIs and service interfaces for agents and internal applications to fetch context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
•Partner with product and infrastructure teams to balance experimentation speed with long-term reliability as the system moves from prototype to production.
•Instrument and monitor services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards, and contribute to technical direction across architecture, storage choices, and deployment patterns.
