Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, suppression systems, and fire stopping solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
  • •Oversee fire protection design activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi and international codes, and conduct site inspections.
  • •Design fire alarm systems integrated within building designs and inspect installations during design and construction phases.
  • •Manage fire stopping audits and inspections, ensuring materials and assemblies meet fire safety requirements.
  • •Conduct fire risk assessments and hazard analyses, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
  • •3–8 years of experience in fire and life safety engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of the Saudi Building Code (SBC 201 & SBC 801) and international fire safety standards (NFPA, IBC, BS, etc.).
  • •Proven expertise in fire protection design, fire alarm systems, and risk assessments.
  • •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
