•Own technical accounting research and memo drafting across ASC 470, ASC 606, ASC 842, SBC, and complex equity/financing transactions.
•Lead end-to-end global audit management across all entities as the primary external auditor liaison.
•Design and implement the internal controls framework and drive SOX readiness; oversee month-end close quality and GAAP compliance.
•Manage multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and transfer pricing compliance.
•Map warehouse data flows into NetSuite, automate close/reconciliations, deploy AI tools, and oversee accounting, AP, AR, and cash operations teams.

Salary: CAD 220,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive accounting experience with readiness to operate at a director level.
•Active CPA designation.
•Public company experience operating at scale and leading audits as the primary liaison.
•Hands-on technical accounting memo drafting experience across complex topics, including ASC 470, ASC 606, ASC 842, and SBC.
•SOX readiness and internal controls design experience, plus systems and automation ownership; SQL/data querying skills and/or NetSuite experience are a strong plus.
