Create outstanding in-store consumer experiences as the face of HEYDUDE/Crocs. Apply the V.I.B.E.S service model, champion a positive team culture, and assist across store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies. Serve as a brand ambassador and follow Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
