Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply and improve production line scheduling and dispatch tools to increase efficiency and machine utilization for PWF and A&T manufacturing.
  • •Develop and maintain scheduling/dispatch system logic and optimize performance using Toolview/APF rules.
  • •Create, maintain, and train on software, reports, and metrics for A&T production line scheduling and dispatch, as well as planning.
  • •Lead or support projects with site and network teams, including site planning system enhancement and capacity-data understanding.
  • •Communicate across sites and cross-functional departments to share BKMs, and adopt AI-driven applications to further improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning Management, Information Systems, Automation, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • •Good knowledge and experience implementing scheduling/dispatch for Assembly & Test in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Good knowledge of inventory management, simulation, optimization, modeling, forecasting, automation, statistics, data mining, and database management.
  • •Familiarity with PWF and Assembly & Test applications including ToolView, MAM, SAP, and ETI.
  • •Proficiency with software/data tools and AI-enabled coding for AIoT/LLM-based applications.
