Job Summary

Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Software org, building the annual hiring plan while staying hands-on with critical searches. Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations teams. Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount and map talent needs, and build/mentor a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators.
