Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design for major enterprise enhancements and provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • •Own hands-on development of critical technical modules, ensuring clean, maintainable, high-performance code across Oracle Fusion.
  • •Drive design and development of complex and sensitive Fusion solutions, including Extensions, Complex Interfaces, and Customizations using core Fusion tools.
  • •Serve as final escalation for P1/P2 operational incidents with rapid root cause analysis and permanent preventative resolutions.
  • •Lead performance tuning for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces in partnership with OIC/OPA Developer.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
  • •6+ years of hands-on implementation and technology support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
  • •Proven history designing/building complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using tools such as AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.
  • •Deep understanding of integration technology, including designing robust interfaces using OIC for shop floor and warehouse systems.
  • •Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
