Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate technical activities and support the development team to design and build reliable IT infrastructure projects, ensuring automation, security, and performance;
•Define the software development plan in line with project elements (planning, incremental strategy, workload planning, co-engineering activities);
•Define the software engineering environment (processes, practices, and tools) according to project requirements and ensure best practices in software engineering;
•Implement Agile practices for assigned development;
•Steer software development activities (planning, workload, technical/financial progress) and lead team-based adjustment plans to meet cost/delay/quality targets;

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (Ingénieur Informatique ou équivalent)
•5+ years of Software Project Management experience
•Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies
•Knowledge of software engineering environments, CI/CD and DevOps practices
•Understanding of infrastructure components (Linux/Windows, virtualization, containers, orchestrators, security, cloud) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
