Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management team and support team leadership roles, including business development and team performance reviews.
  • •Lead Design Management projects across the UK and internationally and mentor/train team members through reviews.
  • •Manage AECOM financial processes and invoicing, including cash flow projections and monthly financial reporting.
  • •Oversee sub-consultants by preparing responsibility matrices, drafting and updating back-to-back contracts, and tracking sub-consultant invoice progress.
  • •Establish and implement design management procedures (scope/roles, design programs, deliverables, quality, budgets/change, approvals, and design coordination), including organizing meetings and workshops.
