Sales Support Representative - Waterworks

Support customers by working with Sales associates to recommend products and solutions, provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders, and coordinate deliveries. Handle incoming sales calls, address customer questions and concerns, and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively. Train and work across the warehouse, pipe yard, and sales counter to learn the business end-to-end while performing physically demanding tasks.
