Key Responsibilities

•Perform in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing carve-outs and similar services to clients, private equity investors, and asset-based lenders.
•Lead financial due diligence on key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet and draft initial reports highlighting financial findings.
•Analyze key operational data, net working capital, debt, and debt-like items to identify risks and business drivers.
•Create tailored transaction advisory reports addressing earnings normalization, budgeting assumptions, indebtedness considerations, and carve-out financial statements.
•Team with partners and senior managers on proposals, manage and mentor associates, and meet or exceed billed hours.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,440 - 154,836 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
•2 to 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• CPA preferred or CPA in process preferred.
•Solid experience in accounting, audit, or transaction advisory services with strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities on a rapidly growing practice and travel up to 25%.
