Job Summary

Oversee and improve suppliers’ operational performance for Airbus On Board Power, acting as the main interface with the supply base. Drive recovery, improvement, and development plans across delivery and quality, identify risks, and coordinate stakeholders to handle disruptions. Represent the Supply Chain & Quality team internally, report on supplier performance and capability, and support and coach a team of Supply Chain & Quality Managers.

•Serve as the main interface with the supply base and support Supply Chain & Quality Managers through strong supplier relationships.
•Control supplier activities, developing a deep understanding of supplier situation and scope.
•Develop and manage recovery, improvement, and development plans covering both quality and delivery.
•Identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions; report on supplier operational performance and assess capacity and capability.
•Coordinate stakeholders and internal operational teams to handle critical risks/disruptions and apply practical problem-solving tools while supporting cross-functional ways of working.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
•Several years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Customer Support and Operations.
•Proven track record managing complex relationships and delivery/quality management (including familiarity with standard SCQ tools).
•Demonstrated functional leadership, guiding, coaching, and supporting colleagues or cross-functional team members.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; English is required (German or French is a plus).
