Key Responsibilities

•Assist assigned Project Managers in directing project execution and advising on technical direction.
•Interface with clients and stakeholders and deliver results on time and within budget.
•Monitor project costs, risks, and schedule; support internal project status briefings.
•Support monthly reporting and billing to customers and timely payment collection.
•Contribute to pre-project task planning, scheduling, and resourcing, including procurement strategy and subcontractor performance management.

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science.
•15 to 20 years of task management or assistant project management experience in environmental investigations and remediation, including coordinating subcontractors.
•Registered Professional Engineer, Licensed Geologist, Project Management Professional (or equivalent) credential preferred.
•Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
•Must have a driver’s license and be able to travel to project sites (10% travel anticipated), while upholding workplace safety policies.
