Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for customer engagements from problem definition through production deployment and scale.
  • •Develop a detailed understanding of customer operations, equipment, processes, constraints, and business objectives as the primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
  • •Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across equipment reliability, maintenance, production performance, process optimization, throughput/yield/quality, energy efficiency, and operating economics.
  • •Lead engagements from use case definition and requirements gathering through solution architecture, application configuration, validation, deployment, user adoption, and scale-out.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and work directly with customer engineering, operations, reliability, maintenance, and executive stakeholders to validate performance and business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, industrial technology, or technically focused consulting.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar preferred).
  • •Demonstrated experience improving equipment reliability, production performance, throughput, yield, quality, maintenance effectiveness, energy efficiency, or operating economics.
  • •Strong understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing/production processes, including process controls, maintenance practices, and operational workflows.
  • •Experience with industrial data and systems such as sensor/time-series data, SCADA, DCS, MES, EAM/CMMS, ERP, and advanced process control/industrial analytics platforms.
