Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer technical discovery sessions to gather thermal, environmental, mechanical, and operational requirements.
  • •Design end-to-end liquid cooling solutions including RDHx, CDUs, manifolds, hoses/fittings, and facility water loop considerations.
  • •Create detailed solution designs with schematics, BOMs, system flow diagrams, thermal performance expectations, and installation guidelines.
  • •Support field engineering teams during installation, commissioning, validation, and acceptance testing of RDHx/CDU systems.
  • •Serve as an internal SME: develop reference architectures, best practices, safety guidelines, deployment playbooks, and train teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, solutions architecture, mechanical/thermal engineering, or HPC environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with RDHx (rear-door heat exchangers) and liquid cooling systems.
  • •Experience designing CDUs and Secondary Fluids Network (SFN), including coolant loop design, manifolds, hose routing, connectors, fittings, and sensors.
  • •Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and facility water loop integration points.
  • •Ability to conduct customer requirement gathering and convert needs into detailed solution architectures and architectural documentation.
