Key Responsibilities

  • •Create purchase requisitions in Ariba based on quoted requirements and follow the approval process.
  • •Follow up with suppliers on order status, shipping confirmations, delays, and changes.
  • •Reconcile receipts and invoices for open purchase orders and resolve invoice issues and payment holds as needed.
  • •Maintain constant communication with MRO requestors and receiving personnel to resolve discrepancies for SAP and Ariba.
  • •Create and maintain blanket purchase orders, manage returns and company credits, and maintain accurate procurement records in SAP.

Key Requirements
