Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor, uphold brand standards, and provide market-leading fitness expertise with motivational support.
  • •Deliver personal training sessions and programs safely, including correcting members on exercise execution to maximize effectiveness and ensure safety.
  • •Complete training and development requirements, including MY ZONE, 6D and RISE certifications and ongoing CPD through IDEA Club Connect and live courses.
  • •Meet Fitness KPI expectations, manage floor shifts, maintain success diary usage, and support club events while promoting Fitness First services.
  • •Handle performance administration such as monthly goal setting, updating session and training data on the Fitness Enterprise System, managing client bookings, and maintaining documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Complete ongoing development, including minimum CPD points per quarter and maintaining REPS certification.
