Key Responsibilities

  • •Sustain engineering support for control systems and electronics for Eaton’s medium voltage switchgear products.
  • •Develop and maintain product designs, BOMs, drawings, and specifications for control systems and protective relays.
  • •Support new product introductions and engineering changes for existing products.
  • •Resolve production, manufacturing, and testing issues with cross-functional teams and investigate quality/reliability issues for documentation and customer communications.
  • •Perform engineering analyses and simulations, coordinate verification/validation/reliability testing, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and DfX methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Must currently reside within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI (no relocation offered).
  • •Minimum one (1) year of design experience with PCBA design and electrical circuits.
  • •Experience with engineering analysis and digital simulation (CAD, FEA, statistical analysis, and electrical analysis tools).
  • •High voltage design and power system analysis experience (and PCB development tools).
