  • •Support day-to-day PMO operations, including project documentation, meeting materials, status updates, and tracking risks and action items.
  • •Prepare for SteerCo and leadership meetings by maintaining required materials and updates.
  • •Coordinate with Program and Technical Leads for workshops and review sessions, and support data collection for planning and reporting.
  • •Conduct structured analysis (e.g., product lists, dependencies, data consolidation) to support program planning.
  • •Identify opportunities and contribute to building Agentic AI solutions for the team’s initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • •High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • •Analytical thinking to structure data, analyze inputs from business lines, and support assessments and planning.
  • •Hands-on/knowledge of Agentic AI/LLMs, predictive analytics, data mining, and statistics.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
