Lead Construction Manager - Data Center

Lead end-to-end construction management for data center projects, driving execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors while ensuring compliance with building codes, environmental requirements, and company standards. Build a strong HSE culture, monitor progress and risks, run site inspections for quality, and manage reporting to executive stakeholders. Coordinate delivery with design, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams through handover and closeout.
