Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate processing of a high volume of sales invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
  • •Review new contracts for data entry into financial systems.
  • •Manage and oversee the letter of credit process with EMEAI customers, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • •Work closely with EMEAI brand team regarding invoicing and collections matters.
  • •Collaborate with wider finance team for billing and revenue reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
  • •3+ years of AR or finance experience.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite desirable) and Excel.
  • •Strong sense and understanding of compliance, contracts and financial controls.
